VS786 services are strictly for personal and recreational use. Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration

Each person may only hold one account on VS786. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in those accounts may be forfeited.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Your name, date of birth, and mobile number must match your government-issued ID.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. You must not share your password with anyone.
• Any unexpected activity on your account must be reported to VS786 Support immediately.
• Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed at any time without notice.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

VS786 strictly prohibits account registration for anyone under the age of 18. All members must complete identity verification (KYC) before making their first withdrawal.

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence must be uploaded.
• The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
• If required, a utility bill or bank statement may be requested as proof of address.
• KYC information is stored with complete security and is never shared with third parties.

If there is any doubt about a member's age, VS786 may request additional verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

VS786 supports deposits and withdrawals through multiple payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

If active bonus wagering requirements have not been completed at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold. VS786 reserves the right to review any unusual or suspicious transactions.

If money laundering or fraud is suspected, VS786 is obligated to report the matter to the relevant authorities. The account may be temporarily suspended in such cases.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers on VS786 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Before claiming any bonus, it is important to read the relevant offer's terms, as the rules vary between promotions.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it must first meet the specified wagering requirements before it is converted to real balance.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time — each must be used before claiming the next.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance is automatically cancelled.
• If bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or irregular betting patterns are detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• VS786 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Cashback bonus wagering is typically 1× — meaning you only need to wager the equivalent amount once before withdrawing.

6 Betting Rules

A few core rules apply to Sports Betting on VS786. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so always double-check the odds and stake amount before placing your bet.

• If an event is cancelled, bets placed before the match began will be refunded.
• VS786 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error during live betting.
• If one leg of a parlay or accumulator bet is voided, that selection's odds will be set to 1.00 and the remaining legs will be settled as normal.
• Payout of winnings may be suspended until the official match result has been verified.
• No member may place a bet on any single event that exceeds VS786's specified maximum limit.

For determining sports match outcomes, VS786 treats the official results issued by the relevant international sports governing body as final. Any bet linked to match-fixing will be voided.

7 Casino & Gaming Rules

All casino games on VS786 operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring that the outcome of every spin, card draw, or dice roll is completely random and not predetermined.

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game can be found in that game's information section.
• If a disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game, the outcome of that round will be determined based on the data recorded on the server.
• Progressive jackpot winnings will be paid out within a maximum of 72 hours, following completion of the verification process.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the outcome of that session will be verified against the server logs.
